"De los peores hoteles en los que me he quedado"

La visita a este hotel fue una muy mala experiencia, la atención en la recepción no fue nada cordial, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias en cada una de las que nos quedamos encontramos sorpresas desagradables en el baño, a la alberca se le veía el fondo verde, al momento de recibir las facturas las hicieron por un monto menor al que se pagó por ellas, y encima de todo realizaron un cargo a la tarjeta de crédito por una habitación extra que no reservamos ni tampoco solicitamos
