I think you need to be very clear for people without a car how steep the hill and then the driveway are. I know many people that could not get up there. I think for most people having a car is a must.
AUAUViews are amazing. Spa would be great for summer. Great kitchen with everything you need.
Just be prepared for a steep hill climb if you don't have a vehicle.

Bed wasn’t too comfortable, jacuzzi had to be repaired so we were unable to use it for the first 2 days. Very steep hill to get to the property
AUAUGreat location - we were there for New Year's so it was a great place to view the fireworks and a short walk into town. Great vantage point, nice infinity pool close by with an equally great view. Apartment is generally a good size for a family of 4 plus infant.
It's very steep to walk up to the accomodation, especially with luggage and/or a pram. Between 24% to 35% gradient. Luckily because we booked a transfer the night before arrival through the company, the host company met us to handover the keys and helped us with our luggage on arrival in a car up the steep hills. Normally the transfer coach driver would just give you the key or you pick it up/drop it off yourself, so we would have struggled. We were a family of 4 plus infant with large cases. Aircon in the room with twin single beds doesn't get cold enough. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 night stay. No salt in the kitchen amenities (probably just ran out). Spa could have been cleaner. WiFI is pretty terrible and painfully slow. Had to hotspot from our phones for overseas family. The info in welcome binder is out of date and incorrrect, correct info is on back of the router. Coffee pod machine broken, water tank is cracked, so leaks heavily when using.
AUThe location was great but require to have your car. Car park on top of the hill, no way you can walk. Beautiful infinity pool. Room is spacious. You have everything in the house. I love the interior.
Cleanliness is not great. The veranda is a bit dirty. The spa didn’t heat up and water a bit dirty.
