B&B Hotel Hannover-City

The hotel location is very convenient, almost next to the metro station, which makes getting around very easy. There is also a DM store right downstairs for daily necessities, as well as places nearby to walk around and find food. The hotel is clean, the area feels safe.

The hotel is a bit far from the central train station (around a 23-minute walk), which may be less convenient when traveling with luggage. Regarding the staff, my experience was generally positive except for one young employee working in the morning, whose attitude was not acceptable compared to the rest of the team. He was not very welcoming, sometimes too direct in the way he spoke, and not particularly helpful. Even when refusing a request, a more courteous and respectful approach would have been appreciated. The soundproofing of the rOoms could also be improved. Noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite noticeable, and when someone closes a door or hits a wall, you can sometimes feel vibrations in the room. Breakfast is quite limited and is not included in the reservation. In addition, there is a city tax of around €4 per person, which is another cost to keep in mind.
