"Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"

Das Hotel war mit der U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Ein deutlicherer Hinweis, wo sich der Eingang befindet, wäre hilfreich. Das Frühstück was gut und mit frischen Zutaten. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Vor meiner Reise hatte ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und auch umgehend vom Hotel eine entsprechende Rückmeldung erhalten. Bei meiner Ankunft erhielt ich ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, wo sich ein vielbefahrene Kreuzung befindet. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir ein Zimmer zur ruhigen Hofseite gegeben. - In puncto "interne Kommunikation" ist also noch Luft nach oben ...
