Keine Kaffee und Teezubereitung im Zimmer wie beschrieben, kein Personal am Anreisetag da, aufwendiger self-Check in, am Abreisetag gleichgültiger nuschelnder Mitarbeiter der mehr mit anderen Sachen beschäftigt war, zumindest hat er den Rabatt fürs parken auf die Karte gebucht

Ich war vor Ort mit einer Freundin und ihren zwei Kindern, und unser Wunsch war es auf dem gemeinsamen Stockwerk und gegenüberliegend der Bahngleise ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Wir hatten uns zu Beginn diesen Wunsch nicht ausdrücklich geschildert. Insofern entstand ein hin und her, was der Mitarbeiter dennoch mit sehr viel Ruhe und Wohlwollen gemeistert hat und wir konnten sogar direkt nebenan unsere Zimmer beziehen. Unsere Kinder waren glücklich daher vielen Dank
