The place was amazing, comfortable and well located, the only issue we had was with the wifi but apart from that everything was great!

Ohne Internet/w-lan kein CheckIInn. Ohne CheckInn kein w-lan Adresse und Schlüsseltresorcode kamen erst einige Stunden vor Ankunft, als wir schon im Flieger saßen und kein Netz mehr hatten. Schlüsseltresor klemmte hartnäckig. Ohne das HiltonHirel nebenan wären wir mit diesem „self-check-inn“ nicht weitergekommen.

We had an amazing stay at this villa overall. The space was very spacious, well-organized, and decorated with a simple, tasteful style that made it feel relaxing and comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease, and if I had more time, I would have gladly extended my vacation. .

That said, there were a couple of hiccups. We arrived an hour early and understood we’d need to wait, but unfortunately, the villa still wasn’t ready at the 3 pm check-in time. We ended up waiting until after 4 while it was still being cleaned. The bigger issue was the fridge—it didn’t work properly. The manager Mr Ahmed personally came to try to fix it, and he was incredibly attentive, checking in on us multiple times. His effort and kindness really stood out, but even after the repair, the fridge remained weak and we ended up losing some food. Despite these inconveniences, the villa itself was wonderful, and the staff’s attentiveness made a big difference. With a reliable fridge and more timely check-in, this place would be absolutely perfect

Cleanless, apartment size and location (sea view)

No access to the beach My choice was based on the location that is near from the beach where I perceived that I will have access to the beach easily with my family. But unfortunately it was not.
