The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the AC needed service, one AC wasn’t working for the first day

great open views with pool

it is a little old and needs some attention

prime location walking distance to the lagoon , quite place , clean place and nice fridge

aged furniture, smells not good for the couch and swinging seat although good taste for the interior but Should have been renovated for this day rate, Cats were always stuck at the door scaring the kids , seems used to enter the house which was not comfortable , overall the kitchen needs to be modern and the couch below the TV and the swing chair need to be changed

the Apartment itself was quiet OK

First of all the Host contacted me by Whats App and asked me to quit the reservation on Booking and gave me 5% discount We choose this location becasue it is near our friends in El Gouna, but the correct location ist somewhere els and it is not on the location you see in Booking.com. And as i asked them way, she answered it is just 7min by car. Thy wanted to have my E mail Adresse and asked me to give all my data in the Home page of Vesta Company Th price like anywere else in Egipt was higher than originally (you pay allways 10% more tax) We payed for 5 people, send them the Passports and all the data of the five guests by there was just four beds prepared for us and as i asked for the bedding for the fifth person on the couch thy wanted to have 1000 more each day. All together i can not recoment this facility to nobody.
