I stayed for 2 nights. The room was supposed to be prepared with twin beds and all necessary amenities. However, there was no soap or shampoo provided in the room. On the second day, I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning other rooms, but my room was not cleaned. Overall, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service and room preparation

"Omg the beds were so good we didn’t want to get out!"

Everything! In good position, supermarket nearby which helped as we were travelling through Europe Staff were amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel and its quirky decor ❤️
