地處鬧區，生活便利，附近有捷運站也有多間便利商店。

房間空調似乎無法製冷，溫度始終持平偏溫暖，在夏天的夜晚來說，稍嫌不易入睡。 按摩浴缸排水孔有三個，但排水速度不快，且似乎沒有按摩的功能，有點可惜~
