Clean room, very nice suite, the restaurant downstairs was really good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We loved it.

$15/night for parking is a bit steep for customers. Could have 1 car included in with the room.

It was our second time staying at Rydges Ringwood, we enjoy the location (closeness to the train station), the nearby shopping centre and the spacious and large rooms. The shower and bathroom is amazing. It is so easy to stream using their chrome cast system.

The restaurant food was not the best. More focus needs to be on improving this area. It was the first time we have eaten there, we had dinner, the reviews aren’t great hence we avoided it.

"Nice room"

The room was very nice, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. right on train line but double glazed windows made it fairly quiet from the train.

Buffet breakfast is average. No dairy free yoghurt option, there really should be, it’s very common to be dairy free. understaffed so food ran out and took quite a while to get topped up. Room service meal at night was very nice but once again understaffed so had to go pick it up from restaurant myself. Also check in being 3, we asked for earlier check in as had flown and train travelled in from 4am for a 2 pm funeral and would’ve been nice to get changed somewhere other than the funeral place but were told we’d have to pay more. Ive not had that before unless you’re asking for very early check in but we were hoping for 1pm, if the room is clean and free and it’s not before 12. what’s the problem .. no kindness there.

The room was wonderful, esp the bathroom. The bed was very comfy too

The one bedroom apartment could have more of a kitchenette There was a motion sensored red light on the bedroom ceiling. It went off in the dark with any movement, was quite annoying to be honest
