For a cocktail costing €13 or more, they serve you something that is absolutely not what you ordered, with very low-quality spirits and very little alcohol content. The quality of the food is truly mediocre for a 5-star hotel. The staff is absurdly incompetent, a 5-star hotel, and they talk to guests as if they were at a Munich beer festival. The staff know nothing, they don't know the closing times of the restaurants, they give you incorrect instructions about kitchen service, and they serve you like a peasant from the deepest countryside. A really serious thing about this hotel is the spa. The hotel forces you to be completely naked inside the spa, with multiple signs on the walls everywhere. This place is dangerous for women. In the steam room or sauna, a woman alone could be in danger; she could find herself alone inside with several naked men who stare at her insistently and even touch each other's private parts. Inside the steam room and sauna, it's dark, there are no cameras, and there is no security inside the spa. THIS PLACE IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR WOMEN. STAY AWAY!!!! The hotel management doesn't understand what they wanted to create with this spa? A wellness center or a brothel like they have in Austria! Truly indecent and unacceptable! Shame. The shocking thing is that only people aged 16 and over are allowed in the spa... 16? And they have to see that shit inside? 16 isn't an adult! Imagine your 16-year-old daughter naked alone in a steam room with three other grown men watching her, etc. This place is crazy, the manager should be kicked out! FEMALE CUSTOMERS, BE CAREFUL GOING TO THE SPA! IT'S DANGEROUS FOR YOU!
