Perfect location, confy apartment. Very kind and helpful staff, wonderful experience

The staff were very helpful, the location is very good and the property is well equipped.

Overall, everything was good. However, I would suggest that management provide room cleaning services for guests staying longer than one week, as this would enhance the overall guest experience.

No soundproofing within building apartments, loud place, no air conditioning

Good facilities. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Reasonably spacious, thereby enough room for laying down suitcases. Plenty of wardrobe space. Double bed was against a wall, so one person had to clamber to end of bed to get off. Good bathroom facilities. Easy to use shower.

A fan would have been useful as we were staying during an unseasonal heatwave in late May. Had a lot of problems with the initial getting into the property using the AirKey App. Had to phone hosts and then we had a detailed WhatsApp conversation to eventually work out how to enter property when arrived. Hosts were very helpful in guiding us how to use AirKey etc. Thereafter, it was fine. Property is above a Mexican restaurant. In general, it didn't affect our sleeping as noise had died down by about 22:45 ish.

The overall facility is very good and the place is well located in the vicinity of the station and supermarket (both are just about 3-7 min walking distance) The rooms are very well equipped and we had a great experience

The only challenge is the building has no lift so if you are carrying heavy bags it will have to be manually ported to the higher floors.

The room itself was spacious and had everything you would want

There were hairs in the bed and bathroom when we arrived. The property is located above a loud restaurant and a nightclub - neither of which the property can do much about but it wasn’t mentioned in any of the listing information. There was noise throughout all 3 nights of the stay and the bed isn’t very comfortable

The facilities are good

The onboarding process very poor, no instantaneous communication, l almost passed the night in cold. The process of onboarding should give room of some flexibilities.

Central, comfortable, what’s not to like?
