Staff was wonderful.

I would have given this hotel a 4 or 5, but because of the lack of housekeeping I have to give it no more than a 3. This is a fairly new hotel, and it is generally quiet and clean, with modern amenities. When we checked in, there was a statement saying that they would provide daily housekeeping, and if you didn’t want it, you should check the box. I did not check it. The day after we checked in, we were gone all day and when we returned, housekeeping had not been in the room. I called the front desk and they made some excuse, then they sent housekeeping in to make the bed, empty trash and touch up the bathroom. We left tip money out the next day, when we were gone again for the entire afternoon. When we returned, again, housekeeping had not been to the room. In fact, they were obviously finished with the floor, they were nowhere in sight. I called the front desk again and was told that he would “check with my manager and get back to you.” He sent housekeeping a little later, after we made the bed ourselves. It is unbelievable to me that we would pay this much for a hotel that’s supposed to perform daily housekeeping, and they just don’t bother.

Nice new clean property. Walls a bit thin. Can hear what your neighbor is saying. Great location.
