Location in the city Breakfast

The apartment is located in the same building of a restaurant. Restaurant kitchen hoods throw out odors exactly near the apartments doors. For that reason you can not open the windows otherwise in few seconds it will be like to be in the restaurant kitchen. The smell is unbearable. Moreover, they do not have the luggage deposit. You have to use other deposit so you have to pay extra money!

Location was perfect

Bathroom was not clean enough with a smell of damp and fungus. After a shower this smell was even stronger and stayed till end. Silicon finish in a bathroom needs improvement. In a kitchen there was only one wine glass, no tablets for a dishwasher or washing machine.

"Amazing stay for a solo holiday. I will definitely return!"

Although the place doesn’t have a reception, the staff were very engaged and accommodating through text chat. The apartment had everything you need for a nice stay and more ! It was very quiet and I even had the pool entirely to myself one of the days which I found very relaxing.

The area the property is in , is quite rough so you need to be careful especially at nigh time.

Nice and tidy room with a lot of space. Kitchen is also nice. The environment is nice, a street with nice restaurants, very central.

The AC was there but was not working. And for some strange reason the apartment got really hot. Despite it not being that hot outside. That is very uncomfortable, can easily be solved by making the A/C work.

The apartment, the location

Lack of air conditioning, insufficient replacements, reporting the air conditioning problem only after our order with no possibility of refund. 2. A maintenance man who came in to take a broken drawer from the kitchen and walked around the whole apartment, leaving black footprints on the bathroom floor. He had nothing to look for there....

We don't like it much, but at least it was clean

The neighborhood wasn't good, lot of immigrants, dangerous at night, I was robbed first night. The air-conditioning did not work (according another reviews is not working for months) it was very hot inside and if you opened the window, people was yelling on the streets until 3am, very noisy area. The kitchen was poorly equipped, even wine opener was missing. Couch was broken, uncomfortable for sleeping.

Location was good in terms of access to the Metro & Tram 28, monuments and excellent bars & restaurants and supermarket. Downstairs square was lovely during the day & early evening. Apartment was spacious, and well-furnished. The sound-proofing was very effective.

Many of amenities expected & advertised were either not available or unsatisfactory. There was no air-conditioning. A portable dehumidifier had been supplied. There was no coffee maker, one wine glass, no tea towels and the corkscrew was broken. The swimming pool was in need of maintenance & had a layer of green around the edges. The windows & shutters could not be left open at night to aid sleeping because of the noise of the bars & cafes and what sounded & looked like drug deals going on outside. The QR code provided to provide information about the apartment was for another property operated by the hosts. The hosts have responded to my issues re the air-conditioning by say that their own website didn’t promise this or some of the amenities on the Booking.com site and that this was Booking.coms problem. They undertook to provide another dehumidifier (which did not turn up) and did provide a coffee maker and four beer glasses instead of wine glasses. All of this is a pity as with a bit of work this could have been a superior apartment.
