Earlier check in.

Finding this hotel from Lisbon airport was extremily difficult . No directions provided by booking.com The address given was wrong and táxi driver could’t find it. Potencial guest must make sure they are dropped off at hotel entrance.

Limpeza, localização para quem tem voo muito cedo. Pequeno almoço bom.

Pedi twin room e deram quarto casal.

Local tranquilo pra descansar e próximo do aeroporto.

Tivemos problemas com o pré-chekin e depois de já instalados outro hóspede entrou no nosso quarto, depois saimos do quarto e ao retornar nosso cartão de acesso não funcionava e tive que ir a recepção pqra resolver. O ar condicionado do quarto não é controlado pelo hóspede.

Nao gostei de ter que pagar para estacionar. E assim que tiver tempo irei me deslocar ao hotel para fazer uma reclamação por escrito

Front desk staff were pleasant.

There was broken glass on the floor, I didn’t get a full sized bath towel, the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, the shelf in the shower for soap was bent all the way vertical, the AC was locked at 24c and it was hot and stuffy in the room all night, and I didn’t feel comfortable opening up the sliding door due to the location.
