Location of Hotel, modern decor, Nice reception area and Amazing Bar. I had a quiet room on 7th floor which although compact it did have most of what I needed.

I was staying for 4 nights and the room got cleaned once! As I was only provided with one towel and this was not changed during my stay, so I had to use a damp towel to dry myself every morning - not acceptable for the price I paid. The room was not the cleanest - not awful but certainly required a deeper clean. Breakfast was a farce - I couldnt find a seat so after paying 25 Euros for a small bowl of yogurt, I took this to my room. I did start to queue for a coffee since only one of the three coffee machines was working i could not wait. No Iron in room so had to go to reception to get one. The next day the room service came in and removed it, despite not cleaning the room!! No new towel, no making the bed!! So I had to go downstairs AGAIN and cart it all the way from reception. I found this infuriating!
