"good property that requires a lot of maintenance and cleaning"

It's a nice apartment style accomodation

The maintenance is so poor, if the management wants it to improve, it has to do a proper repair and cleaning .

Nice room concept,City center , good breakfast,friendly staff,easy to get food around the property..

Quite old property the room itself really need big renovation(bathroom tile and wall need to do deep cleaning with chemicals, the door , the ceiling ,faucet )..
