"The worst experience ever!"

Family mart downstairs. That's all.

Place was dirty and full of crawlies-cockroach, ants, got bitten by the bed bugs in the morning. Although kitchen is doable, still can't cook two dishes at the same time and the gas came a few days late. Dusty, toilet has black mold and the toilet seat scratches my butt. 2 bedroom, one aircond. Need to switch on the extractor fan (full of sticky dust) to cool the 2nd room. Internet snail pace. Cable TV? None. Can't watch anything. Flat pillow, queen bed only given 2 flat pillows!. No duvet, just thin duvet cover to use as the blanket. Thin towels. Kitchen cabinet was broken. The location was a bit noisy not advisable for anyone who needs a night sleep. Complaint to booking.com about this. No action taken. Very upset.
