朝ごはんのサービスが欲しかったです。

Perfect location, close to station and the breakfast was generous. Very modern design.

No privacy for shower door it is simply a glass panel. No bath tub and the price was quite high even in the off season.

The staff are very helpful, the location is perfect and the rooms are very nice and extremely spacious 😁 This is my second stay here and I will definitely stay here again. Arigato gozaimasu 🙏

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect stop if heading to Mobility Motegi Resort. Not much going on in the town itself but a lovely 7/11 is across the street!

This was our first night in Japan and after a 2 hour drive, it was lovely to just relax in this accommodation. The bed was amazing and the room was very clean and modern.

Only in Japan could you find such a lovely hotel on a freeway. Similar to other Fairfield Hotels I’ve stayed in the US in terms of rooms/layout but this one was much more loved. Pristine condition, spotlessly clean, lovely common areas (with microwave, oven, coffee etc - great for families). The staff were beyond helpful and attentive. I stayed there to travel to Mashiko which was a disappointment but this hotel was a lovely bonus.
