なにもかも最高です！最低限のサービスや設備かと思いきや、心遣いや完璧に整えられたお部屋、清潔感など、こんなに快適なホテルは初めてです。朝食も大浴場も、すべてプライバシーが保持される環境に整えられており、受付のスタッフさんは皆優しく、ほんとうに心遣いが行き届いています。ホテル横の近江牛レストランも、これまた最高です！

冷蔵庫の中がとても汚かった。 担当者が１箇所見落とすだけで部屋全体の信用が無くなり、とても不快でした。 また、夜中に冷蔵庫の異音で目が覚めました。

　息子の高校受験の為、学校から近く、便利だったので利用しました。 　新しい建物なので、綺麗で、設備も整っていて、ビジネスホテルとは思えなかったです。 　幼児の添い寝が無料だったのもたすかりました。 折り紙やシールブックがもらえたり、 絵本の貸し出しがあったり、なかなかないサービスでした。
