Spacious, self-catering, safe, close to restaurants and grocery store, easy to get to with Uber, has a gym.

Cleanliness issues and uncomfortable bed. Poor at replenishing toiletries.

The staff was very nice

Property needs better cleaning standards the room had roaches. The beds are so uncomfortable mattress feels like there is a while in the middle.

Great location, and very clean

Beds were comfortable, liked the concept of a small apartment but sure could be managed better. Value was great compared to a motel room, but cheap furnishings and decor.

Unit was not clean at all. Not enough dishes, glasses etc and mismatched dinnerware. Furnished by Goodwill? Property was fine but the fact that there was no one in the office overnight was a concern.

I love the location & being next to a grocery store. We love being close enough to Chattanooga to be able to drive to everything we wanted to do.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work & it made it really really hot in the bathroom after showering. Also, the people upstairs were constantly walking around & they would stomp as they walked & it was very disrupting when trying to sleep.

Full kitchen and after hours emergency line for incidences

Mold on the shower curtains, stains on the furniture and got locked out of my room on my second night but luckily they had an emergency line to call

The room its self was nice and large and the sitting area was divided from the bedroom. Loved this! The bathroom was large, but as a lot of other reviews stated the soap dispensers were not filled & it was hard to get replacement towels. I don’t like having to use the same towel for more than a couple days, gorse. There were no kitchen utensils/pots as pictures led to believe & there was nothing stated as to whether these items could be checked out at the front desk & since the front desk had limited hrs this was pointless for me anyway. There were bugs in my sinks every morning. This is probably what bothered me the most. I don’t like seeing bugs in my sink. Especially when there is no food or dirty dishes in the sink. I will NEVER stay at this chain again or recommend it due to this.

Cockroaches dirty everywhere sheets towels where unclean bathroom floor with hair every corner curtain shower with mold ! Terrible experience and they didn’t give me my money back because I couldn’t stay 2 more nights in that nasty disgusting mess place! Don’t choose this place! I have pics but the app didn’t let me download!!
