The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.

写真でみた通りの綺麗さと清潔さ ゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました サービスも快適でもう1泊2泊延長したかった 機会があればまた利用したいです

周辺施設へのアクセスが凄く良かった。 宿泊施設としてはもう少し清掃をして欲しかったが概ね良好でした。

Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado.

Beautiful house and space for a Japanese place to stay.

새로 지은 숙소라서 깨끗했고, 숙소 바로 앞에 주차가 가능해서 편리했어요. 현관문 비밀번호가 메일로 오지 않아서 조금 불편했지만, 전화로 문의해서 소통이 되었어요. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

到達後 電子門鎖打不開 聯絡客服 處理了3小時還沒消息。等到收到回覆都快10點了，早就先找別的住宿，不然都沒人理又沒房很可怕。

とても綺麗でおしゃれな空間でよかったです。 お茶の粉末やティーパック、ヘアゴムやクシがあればもっと良かったです。
