Italianway - Villa Paloma

Wonderful home right across the street from the lake. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the Levante apartment, the one bedroom ground floor flat. It was fine for two adults and a child but I would recommend, if possible, to book one of the two lake view apartments. The lake is so beautiful we would have loved to have the view from our apartment. The olive tree garden is beautiful though. The host, Paolo, is great and very responsive. We had problems parking when we arrived as there are only a few free parking spots in the village and there were lots of cars around. We paid to park somewhere else and found a very tight spot the following day. Paolo tried to help as best he could. We didn’t need the car for the rest of our stay as we walked or took the (quite irregular) train. The station is only a short walk from the apartment. Next time we will rent bikes to get around and see more of the beautiful surroundings.

Garden

Maybe microwave should be there but you have oven

Great location very unique with a lake access. Not all apartments are luxury. Levante on the bottom is adequate but not luxury. Bonus is the garden that is quite spacious. Perhaps a bbq could be available.

Water leaked out at the end of the shower screen, poor design.

We thought we were getting the whole house, but it was a very small room at the bottom of the house with no views and a room without any natural light. The kitchen utilities were poor. The saucepan old and in bad condition.

Next to the Lake, clean.

-they offered us an ground floor apartment behind the house ( it wasn't described about that when we booked), -very noisy because of the air conditioning motors located right next to the bedroom, in a small external annex, -apart from that, the train periodically passes by early in the morning and it is also very noisy, -i asked the host to change the apartment, even with extra costs, but they reasoned that they don't have anything free(but was nobody upstairs and invited us to sleep on the sofa in the living room, but we didn't payed for sleeping on the sofa.

Einmalige Aussicht und Architektur. Hochwertige Möblierung. Sehr, sehr sauber. Privater Seezugang. Lage an einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke (mit einem Gleis). Bei der Unterkunft im 1. Stock ist eine riesige Terrasse mit seeblick - welche auch von der Dachgeschosswohnung genutzt werden kann - und in der Beschreibung garnicht so wahrgenommen, aber gerne genutzt wurde. Kleine Tipps zur Verbesserung: Ganzkörperspiegel in den Schlafzimmer, Fön, mehr Klopapier (als eine Rolle), kleine Tischlampe im Wohnbereich für ein gemütlicheres Licht abends.
