-50 stairs up to the room with no lights. -Extremely noisy outside at night. -Bed mattress was old and a bit worn out. -Host no longer responded to queries the day after we checked in. -Hot water was off and on in shower on some days. -Did not meet host. Check in was done on my cell phone prior to arrival. Lengthy forms, and I don't like giving mh passport information online.

Spacious

First of all, the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, only 2 extremely noisy and inefficient fans. We couldn't even open the windows, there was no mosquito net, so even though it was cold outside at night, it was constantly above 30 degrees in the apartment. In the bathroom there aren’t windows, also an ancient vent in the ceiling, with an incredibly loud engine. Second of all, the apartment is situated in the bus station and above some little restaurants, so, it is noisy late in the night and very early in the morning. Also, it is situated at last floor, in an old building, without elevator, maybe is good to know if you have heavy or bulky luggage.

Stayed with my husband and two children (young adults) The apartment had no air conditioning, only two fans that barely worked during the hottest season of the year, never mentioned that it did not have a lift & was on third floor, with many steps. Also, our first night the heater in the shower wasn't working as they didn't turn it on before arrival, freezing cold water and didn't get a response on water situation till next day. Although do have to mention people were very nice, place was clean, building was secure, and lady offered to help us bring suitcases up the stairs, location was also amazing!!! A little bit of TLC would make this place much nicer!!

Location near Como Lago rail, supermarket and Como restaurants was perfect Full kitchen facilities Excellent help from staff

Convenient location. The apartment was clean.

There was no internet the first day. I had an important zoom meeting scheduled, which is why I booked a place that included internet. I had to tether from my phone which cost more money for roaming and got disconnected several times. After the first few messages to the property owner, they said the internet should work now because it is now paid. However, the internet did not work until the following day.

Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and was very happy with the unit & the hospitality of our host! A day before our arrival, I messaged asking if there would be any laundry detergent and when we picked up our key we found out that they had gone out of their way to pick us up some. The unit itself was clean, nice, and near the water/many restaurants/shops and attractions in Como. We would absolutely stay here again.
