Position was unreal and the ease of accessing the room made it so easy to come and go and enjoy the area. The beds were super comfy and the blinds were sufficient to allow decent sleep ins!

No hot water at all!! Me and the kids were forced to have cold showers all weekend. After being out on the sea all day Saturday this was super disappointing.

Our accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location, within a very short walking distance to the beach, local cafes and bars and the lagoon. Easy check in and affordable accommodation.

The kitchenette could be expanded.

Great location, very central

No lock on bathroom door which is not ideal when sharing with another couple. Decor is dated. For the money very good value for money due to location.

Free laundry and location. The room was immaculately cleaned I was impressed as I have experience in house keeping. For me it doesn't matter how fancy or run down an establishment is, as long as its clean. Parking was okay if you can get the free parking.

The laundry was hard to find at first and there is no sink for the kitchen bench. Parking is a bit of a hassle but manageable.

Location was good, beds were comfy and linen was clean and good quality. Instructions for entry were clear and worked well. Wi fi worked well.

We have toured Queensland for over 3 weeks and this was the most disappointing place we have stayed in. Where to start, was nothing like the description, no outside space though we were told we had outside furniture ? no sink in what could not be called a kitchen. Sliding door to bathroom had no handles or bottom runner so just swung around and seemed quite dangerous. Our bedroom had no window, is this not illegal. Sofa was ripped and sticky?
