Good location.

Despite the fact that we had booked a non-smoking room, we entered the apartment and were struck by the smell of smoke. We reported it to the management who were not very helpful. They said that the smell must be filtering through from the next apartment (????). (By the way, the next apartment is also non-smoking!) But they promised to check the next day and get back to us. We have been waiting ever since. The description says kitchenette, which is actually a kettle and a microwave on a cupboard with no washing up facilities! It is not even fair to advertise this as a kitchenette if, for example, washing up is only possible in the bathroom, which is nonsense for an apartment of this price. The wifi was unqualifiedly poor, the encrypted wifi network of the neighbouring backpacker hostel had a higher covarage than the apartment's own wifi. The gate to the street was constantly left open by the staff. If you closed it, it was fixed open again after a short time, which is not very safe if you don't want to carry your laptop or other valuable electronics with you all the time. No parking facilities.

Great value for money, central location, comfy beds. Perfect place to sleep after a bust day in the Whitsundays. Simple practical set up. Staff very helpful.

No view from the room, although all guests have access to a really nice shared nice deck area.
