The location and the property are historical and exceptional in experiencing Lecce whether vacationing or in my case, working.

Spacious beautifull old house in central Lecce. Beautifull furniture pieces with 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite and the other bathroom in the kitchen. The loft is only for children, very steep stairs. The small patio is very nice, but furniture and floor dirty and we did not use it. It was the only place in Italy were we traveled for a month that did not have any welcoming gifts.

The check in was chaotic.! When we arrive as arrange at 2pm at the apartment, The agent said she cannot be there as she will meet us in the public parking area. It was raining, then she arrived at 3.15 pm at the porte. 5 phone calls later. ....and in the apartment the dishwasher was not unpacked. As it's a self catering we packed all our fruit and food into fridge and the next morning it was all frozen. Fruit wasted. She forgot to tell us it's not working. The house need a proper clean.

Monica is a great communicator and made sure we had all the necessary information for a smooth check-in before we arrived. The apartment is very spacious and in a perfect location to explore the historic part of Lecce.

I'd probably choose a more modern accommodation the next time. The apartment is interesting but not very comfortable to just hang out as a family.

the property was well located and very clean. It is a beautiful old building with all the features of a period property and really relaxing to stay at.
