"Proche du Vieux Québec"

Très bel espace atypique, proche du vieux Québec (20mn à pied). Les lits sont très grands et confortables. La salle de bain de la grande chambre est magnifique.

Les escaliers qui mènent au loft sont très raides, il est très difficile de monter les valises. Une soufflerie dans la cour qu’on entend au niveau de la grande chambre.

Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers

Ik schrok van de buurt waar veel verslaafden verblijven, weinig faciliteiten in de keuken, onverzorgde opgang, gehorig, geen betrokken personeel. Prijs-kwaliteit onvoldoende.

"Piso amplio para grupo de amigos"

Alojamiento muy espacioso, perfecto para acomodar 5 personas, bueno para un grupo de amigos. Dispone de todo durante la estancia. Camas cómodas y buenos baños. Lo recomiendo para ir con un grupo de amigos. Hay varios parking en las inmediaciones, aunque el barrio parece inseguro no tuvimos problema.

El barrio no es muy bueno, esta lleno de sin techo bebiendo derogándose y deambulando por la zona, debido a un albergue a 50 metros. Los acabados de las instalaciones no sin muy buenos. Hay unas escaleras muy empinadas para subir hasta el primer piso de los apartamentos y luego otro tramo hasta el propio apartamento. Esto es incomodo para cargar con el equipaje pero un impedimento importante para personas con movilidad reducida.

Good size! And well equipped.

The only problem is that you can't have your luggage kept nearby. Instead, you need to drag them across a few blocks and keep them in another hotel further out. It was very inconvenient.

"Downtown Quebec City "

Clean rooms, spaciousness, easy access to the old town sites. Communication needs to improve regarding how the kitchen is stocked and limited amenities regarding soap, shampoo and how to work the HVAC and tv.

The apartment was very spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The location is very good, we were able to find street parking right in front of the house

There was no kettle in the kitchen. We couldn't leave the windows in the bedroom open, as it was too noisy.
