Les Lofts St-Jo - Par Les Lofts Vieux-Québec

Excellent location, close to shopping, Old Quebec, etc. Metro grocery store is a block away if you wanted to cook for yourself.

Nothing - all was superb. A few very small tips for the owners - toaster lever doesn’t stay down, could use a cutting board, and tv could be larger. But nothing to not give a 5 star over.

Location was so great, was about a 20 minute walk from all locations you would want to see in Quebec City such as the Chateau, low town etc. The street itself had great restaurants and was bustling most of the time, but the flat was virtually sound proof which was great. We also reserved parking just one block away from the flat which was great. Flat was very neat, beds were very comfy. Keyless entry was also really nice.

Flat was a bit smoky which could have wafted up from the street or perhaps previous resident, it was hard to telll. The steep set of stairs was a bit difficult for my aging parents to manage but wasn't an issue for us other than carrying our luggage.

There were 2 flights of dirty dangerous stairs. One flight did not have a stairrail. We could not get our luggage up to the floor where we were supposed to stay. We stayed outside on the sidewalk for an hour and a half while we tried to contact someone. We finally told Booking that we were canceling and booked somewhere else. 2 doors down with the same name of the lofts looked clean and had an elevator.

Perfect stay - we will gladly come back!

Location and number of rooms and bathrooms

Two flights of steep stairs to get to the loft (no elevator). This was not included in the description. This made it difficult for z3 of the 4 in our group. Futon bed not stable.

The air conditioning was not effective. Had just 1 ac for entire 2 bedroom apartment
