Quiet

Not well lit in entry and lobby at night. The curtain over the window was not light blocking at all! The hallway was very narrow. Back stairs were metal and looked rickety. No frills, older, basic, motel that has had some cosmetic updates. The room was recently painted and floors were updated. Bathroom had been recently renovated. The bed wasn't terrible, just okay comfort wise. The towels were a bit thin and rough.I booked based on a review rating average of 8/10. I question those high reviews. When we went to check our room, someone was laying across the hallway, passed out, blocking our way. I was afraid they had OD'd. We told the night manager who came and roused the apparent guest. They had a key and staggered into their room. Yikes.If it hadn't been so late when we arrived I likely would have left, sacrificing our room fee.

Affordable

It was a very easy check in. There are no elevators so you have to walk up several steps. Our room was average. The bed was adequate for one night. There were old stains on the box spring mattress covering. The towel to put on the floor was dirty and dingy and still hanging up on the rack. One of the wash cloths was frayed and should of been replaced. One other thing to note is the shower door constantly opened up when showering, so I had to put a washcloth in between the door to keep it closed, this should be fixed. We did use the microwave which was sufficient but could of stood a cleaning. Overall the place was doable for a night or two. The area had lots of stores so it was good for getting what you needed like toiletries and food. Would I stay there again, I highly doubt it.

Comfortable and safe

Comfortable, quiet,clean, excellent for short term stay or long term. Huge size rooms . I never had any issue.

The staff was so accommodating and sweet to us! We are super grateful for their kindness and we loved our time here :)
