Found it strange and unfair to try and charge extra to use the sauna facility, however the staff offered it for free when we asked for it anyway

"Für den Preis, hätten wir uns mehr erwartet, aber es war trotzdem okay."

Sehr sauberes, großes Zimmer & gemütliches Bett.

Dass das Badezimmer sehr klein ist, obwohl das Zimmer groß genug wäre. Dass der Spa Bereich extra zu bezahlen war und nur bis 19:30 offen hat. Dass die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt ist & es somit keine Möglichkeit bei einem späteren Check-in gab in den Spa Bereich kostenpflichtig zu gelangen. Dass Personal in einem österreichischen Hotel kein deutsch kann. Dass das Frühstücksbuffet für 25€ pro Person sehr klein war.

"El hotel y habitaciones no son lo que ves y pone en booking"

La habitación 114 y de lo que el hotel llama económicas que en booking no se llaman así son muy pequeñas y el cuarto de baño ridículo imposible dejar tus cosas de baño de lo pequeño que es Reservamos cama doble y nos dicen que solo tienen dos camas en todas las habitaciones El servicio muy malo Queremos hacer un upgrade y nos piden 50€ por habitación cuando esa habitación está en 15€ más en booking La sauna no está disponible, no la ofrecen y cuando preguntas no está disponible El servicio frío y distante como si no le gustara lo que están haciendo
