"Uncomfy bed but the rest was good"

The breakfast was okay. It's very basic, nothing great. The room was nice because it had an additional couch and desk area in a separate part of the room.

The bed was SO hard and uncomfortable.

"Springhill suites getaway."

First of all Anna, the front desk person was super nice, friendly and efficient, truly a credit to the company. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a clean and neat facility overall. My only complaint was the breakfast, it could have been better, but it filled the void so I was thankful for that. The area that the hotel is in is a quite almost country setting, to top that off less that a block away is a great brew pub, called Martin city Brewing, great beer and good food. there is a park nearby and grocery stores and restaurants galore close at hand. Overall a great stay.

Arrived after a very long travel day. It took the woman checking me in 45 minutes to call IT and get her password reset. She appeared to be intoxicated, was slurring her words and stumbling around. I stay here all of the time when I fly out of MCI. This will be the last time I stay here.
