Residence Inn by Marriott Slough

I used to love going to this hotel but recently has gone downhill. The staff was exceptionally rude and showed a-lot of attitude. The receptionist Cristian was extremely rude to us and made us feel so unwelcome. He was talking in a very condescending tone and came off really disrespectful especially when we tried to explain the issue we had with the room. He said you either stay in your room or find a different place with no refund which was so unprofessional and demeaning. While speaking to us he also turned to his colleague saying he needs to go on a “vape break” hinting that he does not care about the conversation at all. This is a shame as we used to come here often but will definitely not come back here again. Overall a horrible experience

I’m a regular in moxy and everytime I receive amazing service from Sam, kam and kator (not sure if that’s the right spelling) always so helpful with any inquiries or questions I would have. Service with a smile EVERYTIME! Thank you!

Poor parking, noisy fridge,.poor sleep. Very clean excellent cleaning team.

Kenton and Sam were honestly amazing throughout my stay. They’re both so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests and want you to feel comfortable and looked after. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always had a positive, friendly attitude. They really made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.
