Our room felt like a luxury room in a fancy hotel! It was big with a wonderful bed and the bathroom had been updated with glass shower doors and a lovely basin and mirror area. We also loved having access to Netflix! We got to use our account to watch our shows - that was a nice bonus!

I was amazed that such a nice hotel provided such a lacking breakfast. There were barely any choices of food items. Other Baymont Inns have many more choices of hot and cold foods. Also, the shower door leaked terribly - the space between the glass let a lot of water out. We had a small lake on the floor that we had to mop up.

Close to downtown and shopping.

I reserved 3 rooms, the 3rd (room 240) was a larger room w/ 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. We had NO television service in that room for our entire stay.

Price was really good

Breakfast during the week was poor...other guests in the hotel didn't have commen sense for others taking plate full of breakfast to their rooms....leaking ceiling on 4th floor....elevator didn't really work properly never stopped level to floor before opening...vending machine didn't work for sodas on dround level....workers didn't have change for cash for vending machines...pool wasn't taken care of....other people that stayed there poured their oj or apple juice into the pool
