Shinka Niseko

Property is well thought of. Layout is great and facilities is exactly what a family out for a snow vacation is after. One example of how well tough out it is is the instruction manual for EVERYTHING. From washing machine to toaster.

This is nitpicking because the shower is great, but a tub to have a long dip after snowboarding/skiing would be a plus. But they’ll ruin the layout. So not that fussed.

We enjoyed staying at Shinka. The transport to and from the mountain was not on call so to speak but still workable, the rooms are cleaned every three days (for a 6 day stay) and the rooms are appointed well with a vacuum, extra towels, fridge, cook top and decent and well appointed kitchen. The beds are firm.

Beds are firm. Pillows could have more choice.

Beautifully designed and appointed. Very comfortable for a group of 6. The washing machine was clutch.

Using the shuttle service was a bit tough with limited spots

Staff we interacted with at reception and drivers were very vague when we asked them about facilities around Niseko township including how and when bus shuttle operated.

I liked everything, the room was fabulous, with a sofa to relax on . I parked my rental car below my room window , which was good
