Location, cleanliness

We were insulted by the cleaning staff who arrived in the Airlie Sun branded vehicle the following morning - we were running 10mins late with self check & they stomped in yelling at us to “Hurry the F*** up and clean up you FERALS”. We are loyal & mature booking.com genius clients in our late 30s who naturally had clothes on the bed whilst completing a final pack and were totally stunned at this behaviour therefore overall do not recommend this property. We apologise for running over time but a more professional query versus the tone & language issued would have been more appropriate. Abuse and indecent language especially to guests has no tolerance!

perfect location, comfortable apartment balcony was big and we could enjoy some time there. They provide us with some information for transport and restaurants.
