"Schlechtestes Hotelerlebnis ever."

Nichts.

Das Foyer trotz Rauchverbot verraucht. Das Zimmer nach Kunststoff stinkend. Stornierungsversuch vor Ort aufgrund des Zimmers getätigt. Vom Mitarbeiter abgelehnt. Mitarbeiter fängt an zu brüllen und verlässt den Raum trotzdem sachlichem Umgangston unsererseits. Storniert über Booking.com, aber finanzielle Klärung steht aus. Wir haben dann imH2-Hotel genächtigt, war ok.

Lage war gut, Check-in unkompliziert. Zimmer in Ordnung. Für Städtetrip gut geeignet.

Könnte sauberer geputzt werden ( Ecken voller Staub) Kein Trinkglas oder Becher im Zimmer. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Schon beim Vorbeigehen extreme Lautstärke und sehr voll. Sind lieber auswärts frühstücken gewesen, entspannter und günstiger.

Der Standort ist für einen Städtetrip nach Erfurt genial

aufgrund positiver Erfahrungen mit B&B in Augsburg und Regensburg haben wir dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Leider alle 6 Zimmer mit extrem starkem Schimmelgeruch aus den Klimaanlagen und Schimmel in den Duschen, teilweise Haare vom Vorgänger 🤢wurde vor Ort reklamiert, die Reaktion war nur "wird weitergeleitet" Frühstück war OK, aber mehr "normale" Sitzmöglichkeiten wären schön, die Hocker sind Folter.
