No soap in the washroom

Location was accessible.

A fan could have been provided and essential kitchen utensils should have been checked before having it rented. No kitchen knife and chopping board provided. Good pillows could also been provided. Not very responsive through email and phone calls. Unable to connect to smart TV and watch Netflix.

The place was clean with handy furnitures and a fully equipped kitchen.

The biggest issues : the code I received to enter the place was not working so I had to use a second entrance behind the building but (which was not always open) adding with the fact that the place was not very well indicated, it took me some time to get in.

Great price for a clean simple efficiency studio.

No parking, no assistance with parking solutions.

Poor experience, The first day I arrived the used bedding of the person sleeping before me in the appartment was still on the bed and I had to sleep on the sofa. The toilet paper holder was dirty and full of fingerprints. The dirty towels of the person before me in the appartment were still in the bathroom. In the shower were long hairs. The TV was not working. The curtain stank of cigarettes and from outside came in cigarette smoke too when the window was open. Next day I found randomly a cleaning lady and asked her to clean. I sent an email to the owner, at least the appartment got partially cleaned, but the TV not repaired despite several requests and the toilet paper holder was still dirty. I asked if the price would include a free public transport ticket, in Switzerland standard in most holiday appartments and hotels, no answer neither. The day ticket is 11 Franken per day, which is an additional cost. B.ooking did not do anything despite I contacted them. The appartment is situated away from the town center, you need to drive by metro, but do not forget, additional costs encounter. Cigarette smoke seems to be a problem in the whole house, everywhere signs in the house which say: ...we advise smoking is forbidden... but many people do not seem to care. The rest of the appartmens in the house seem to be social housing or sth like that.

SALLAZ RESIDENCE is un-existing one. IT IS CLOSED, and I was almost at a hearth attack session because I have had my reservation and nobody was solving this issue.
