Siisti ja uuden näköinen

Bookingin kautta tehtyä varausta ei löytynyt hotellin respasta tietokoneelta. Virkailija väitti että varaus on tehty johonkin toiseen hotelliin. Näytin varauvahvistuksen ja virkailija totesi että ei voi mitään ja käski varata heidän nettisivuiltaan huoneen uudestaan. No hotellin nettisivu ei toiminut joten huone jäi varaamatta. Lopulta erikseen pyydettyämme virkailija suostui antamaan meille huoneen ilman nettivarauksia. Sen verran tympeää palvelua että oli enismmäinen ja viimeinen kerta kyseisessä hotellissa.

Die Lage ist super.

Klimaanlage könnte ich nicht selbst bestimmen. Ich musste an der Rezeption. Noch schlimmer ist kein Personal ab 22 Uhr vor Ort. Der Code wenn man spät Abend ankommt funktioniert nicht.
