スタッフの方がむちゃくちゃ親切で優しかったです❗ ウエルカムドリンクやアメニティ、パジャマに枕の貸し出し、炭酸温泉に洗濯、乾燥機、モーニングバイキング、とても楽しかったです。母との何年かぶりの旅行で良い思い出になりました。 本当にありがとうございました。

"お風呂が良い。"

お風呂がよかった。時間もオールだし、炭酸泉がとてもよかった。枕が選べるのもよい。

朝食に行く時間が遅いと、食べる物がない。フードロスって言われたけど、最後まであると思っていたので、詐欺にあった気分でした。 洗面所にコンセントがないので、ドライヤーで髪をセットするのが不便だった。

"リベンジしたい泊"

まくらの種類が多く、普段使っているものに近いものを選ぶことができた。パンがすきなので、焼きたてパンをその都度出してくれて、普段より食べ過ぎてしまうぐらいおいしかった。和洋食地産地消にこだわったものがつまっていて、地域の特産品も知れた上とてもおいしかった。

寝坊してしまい朝食終了の20分前に滑り込んだ。慌てて食べ終わると、◯分でバイキングは終了しますが、そのままロビーの席でお召し上がりいただけます！とのアナウンスがあり、もっとゆっくり味わいたかったと思った。だらだら居座られると片付けられない事情もおありかと思うが、何時までなどバイキング引き上げ後も時間制限を設けて利用できることを事前に知らせてもらえるとありがたい。しかし寝坊した自分が悪いのは承知の上なので、次はせめて１時間前にしっかり起きて美味しい朝食を存分に楽しみたいと思います。駐車場の数が少なく、チェックイン時は停められたが、出かけて戻ってくると埋まっていた。提携先は遠く、雨の心配もあったため提携先ではない向かいの駐車場に停めた。先着予約制など確実に停められるか停められないか事前に知りたい。
