The room was very clean. Location is convenient beside a train station. Quiet despite being near road and station. Staff were great!

The automatic light in room's entrance way disrupts sleep when using the washroom at night

right next to Kumatori train station, easy access to Osaka. hot spring opens until morning and very comfortable. amenities are generous and have various choices. they even have pillow menu.

Be careful their checking-out time is 10AM in the morning. they charged you 1000 yen every hour late. housekeeping is so rude. they broke your door to clean your room without asking your permission. Communication is very difficult since people speak merely english.
