"It was close to were we were going. Once checked in all was good!"

I liked the staff and the rooms. The place smelled clean and look clean.

Parking was too far away! 1/4 mile is ridiculous! Checking in was difficult due to have my secretary book the rooms and they kept it all in her name.

"Great property, location and staff"

I stayed at the Courtyard Lansing Downtown for a second time and it’s always my first choice when visiting the area. The property is freshly renovated and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Janice, are always kind and engaging. GM Brandon also personally greeted me and served me pancakes. They also have free water for Bonvoy elites, which is a nice touch. The location is great as you have restaurants and spots within walking distance. The bistro is chill, and the turkey avocado BLT was good.
