Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

The rooms were very comfortable. Needs more entertainment in the evenings and to advertise in reception area the daily activities.

Not very different from many other Mallorca family resorts, but very good. Positive: very kind and helpful staff (from receptionist to the cleaning ladies), excellent condition of the apartments, close to a great beach and they let you use the pool, shower and facilities after check-out, what means you can fly back in the evening and still enjoy the day at the beach and pool. Negative: the common areas (pool, restaurant) look a bit outdated and need renovation; breakfast and dinner buffets are not at the top - better to eat à la carte in the restaurant by the pool.

Hôtel dans un état impeccable, personnel très sympathique, demie pension nourriture bonne, le seul hic porte sur les desserts qui sont immangeables mais les fruits sont excellents et le rapport qualité prix est plus que correct! Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Upea hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Siisteys huippuluokkaa. Huoneet isot. Sängyt erittäin mukavat nukkua. Ruoka oli hyvää ja palvelu erinomaista. Uima-allas oli riittävän iso ja lapsemme 7 ja 8v viihtyivät hyvin. Voisimme tulla uudestaankin tähän hotelliin. Ilmainen parkkipaikka hotellin pihalla oli kiva.

lovely hotel with a nice pool at the rear. food was pretty good but they don't understand that milk and salt are also required to make scrambled eggs in the morning. they were very dry. otherwise most of the food was good. most of the staff were fine but had a big problem with the night staff. my wife has a kidney problem and needs lots of water. she had drunk it all and needed more. i rushed to reception and made it very clear that it was urgent. the man told me he had water for himself but nothing for me. told me i have to go find a shop as there was none available here. i explained that i have a heart condition and it was urgent but he wasn't interested. i had to get to the beach to find something open and when i explained the situation, they gave it to me free of charge. it was called the xocolata cafe. on my return, i collapsed with an angina attack. i was so out of breath and had pains in my chest that i lost balance and fell over before getting into the lift. when the same man came to see what was happening, all i could say was to get the water to my wife as it was so urgent. she has been to hospital a few times in the past when it has happened i did raise this with the manager the next day and he agreed that water should be available at all times in a four star hotel but the excuse that the night receptionist was new was very week.
