The situation, close to the center.

We had a very bad experience. The comunication with the agents to make an appointment for the checkin was difficult, even if I had made the checkin online. I had to call several times, as nobody was contacting me to fix the appointment. The elevator was not working and one guest, with a partial handicap, had to use the stairs with a lot of difficulties. Wonderful Italy had no idea about this issue (we knew from a neighbour that this problem was well know since some time). They promised to contact us to tell us some news about the elevator, which never happened. I also requested a cradle for the baby through Wonderful Italy website. We received the cradle, but without matress nor sheets. I complained about this, but nobody tried to solve the problem. The partial excuse from them was that we hadn't paid for it, but we hadn't received a link or any other option to do it. Also, the house was not cleaned when we arrived, totally unaceptable. The cleaning lady came quickly that afternoon. In any case the situation was very inconvenient as we were already installed at the house. Last, the house is poorly maintained. Both baths have leaky showers, that loose a lot of water. One of them even broke into pieces while using it (was possible to asemble it again, temporarily). I complained to the customer service by phone and they assured me they would consider a compensation, but never called back. The lack of interest in the customer is discouraging. Terrible experience.

Devo dire che sono rimasto sorpreso positivamente dell'appartamento. I 2 bagni hanno fatto la differenza , La posizione ottima quasi centrale, appartamento ben riscaldato con tutti i servizi, Cucina ben attrezzata completa di forno a microonde e fornelli,tutto perfettamente funzionante.Ottiima la zona comune con Divano e poltroncina.

La luce del bagno più grande è da migliorare da inserire due lampadine allo specchio per radersi, Televisione molto piccola ( questo è un dettaglio) NON funziona l'ascensore.

Местоположението е съвсем близо до Торинския университет, на минути от кулата Моле Антонелиана. Пицарии, кафенета, барове, аптека в съседство има. Прекрасна гледка към река Дора. Паркирането пред апартамента е платено 1.20 евро на час от 8:00 до 19:30 ч., но отсреща след моста се намират и безплатни места. Престоят ни беше в началото на ноември, парното работеше и беше топло.

Да има капсули за кафе за всеки ден.

Posizione centralissima, in 10/20 minuti si raggiungevano tutti i principali monumenti e piazze della città. Bell’appartamento spazioso, con soggiorno arredato di gusto, due bagni e vista diretta sul fiume. Possibilità di parcheggiare per strada nei dintorni.

L’appartamento è bello ma trascurato, avrebbe bisogno di cura e manutenzione (soffione della doccia, cassetto nel bagno, infissi da insonorizzare, condizionatori mancanti). L’ascensore del palazzo è guasto in via permanente ma non è dichiarato nell’annuncio, sei rampe di scale sono pesanti con le valigie. Non c’è riscaldamento autonomo né condizionatori, nonostante il riscaldamento sia pubblicizzato tra i servizi (si seguono orari e periodi previsti dal Comune, ma non sono indicati), peccato per gli spifferi. Gli armadi non sembrano controllati da chi rassetta la stanza (abbiamo trovato una bustina nel cassetto del bagno e delle scarpe altrui all’ingresso). Il letto matrimoniale andrebbe sostituito, il materasso è duro e sottile e sprofonda nel cassettone del letto. Self check in lungo e macchinoso (hanno chiesto la compilazione di molti moduli online con documenti di tutti e quattro gli ospiti), messaggi di Wonderful Italy insistenti. Non tornerei

L’appartement est très bien situé, confortable et spacieux. Les chambres et salles de bain sont propres et agréables. Pour le parking, on trouve une place dans les rues autour de l’appartement..

Ottima posizione. Appartamento gradevole. Bella la vista sul fiume Dora

Aria condizionata e faticoso contatto con wonderfulitaly. Hanno richiesto check-in online con foto documento per tutti e 4 i viaggiatori ed è stato complicato
