Convenience to the hospital and supermarket.

We were unfortunately booked into an internal room with no windows. It was still ok, but after several days, felt claustrophobic like.

Great location, lovely good size room. Clean and comfortable.

Helicopter noise

Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and enabled us to get settled quickly.

Good central location, but located opposite a major hospital meant ambulance sirens and helicopter landings and take offs

Quite a small room. Poor lighting

Booked on short notice needed unit for one person near Wellington hospital and required a car park .This was all offered. Apartment was impeccable , super clean with even complimentary chocolates and cookies provided. Only one minor complaint and not a major issue there was no chair in the room which for me is important. We had a major storm hit overnight and the gound floor was flooded . This was quickly cleaned up and all back to normal. Amazing service from the extremely helpful an efficient staff. Definately recommend this hotel.
