Very friendly staff, even remembered me from last visit. Very comfortable, great location

For this weekend pricier than in the past

Hotel Cleanliness. Staff very friendly. Bar is very convenient. Nice outside area to hang out when weather permits. Overall it's a great hotel. We stay there most of the time when we visit Lubbock. Keep up the good work!!

Honestly. I couldn't say a bad thing about this place. It truly is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have not once had a bad experience with The Loft. I have yet to have breakfast.

Staff was absolutely awesome. All smiled and made you feel welcome! They were the best part!

Our room was very dysfunctional. No light in the entry way or main room. Two odd wall sconces and a table lamp that didn’t work. No light over the bathroom mirror so putting on makeup was difficult.

My company puts us in this hotel . At first it seemed cute and newish. But obviously it was built quickly and cheaply, as it's going downhill fast. I gave two stars because the people that work there are nice but other than that, it would have been one star. Here's a list of broken things I've encountered. Broken deadbolt on door. No water in the sink. Broken shades. The fridge was broken. All the work out machines are broken. All the work out machines are broken. It's ridiculous. Stay somewhere else.

Bed was very comfortable. It was clean and great location.

overall cleanliness of the common areas were inadequate. The pass key back door did not work. The cleaning people didn't even replace the used paper coffee cups. our towels and wash clothes were also not replaced. The design was strange. sliding doors to bathroom without solid wall between sleeping and bathroom. No proper place to set up laptop in the room for working. There was also a loud noise that occurred in the room about every 4 hours that I could not find the source of. Interrupted my sleep. The rooms were way overpriced in my opinion.
