מאוד נקי ומסודר, תהליך כניסה ויציאה מהירים

נדרשנו לשלם בנוסף על השימוש במצעים ושמיכות וזה לא כלול במחיר ששילמנו בעת ההזמנה. כמו כן הדירה מסווגת כגם בעלת נוף ובפועל קיבלנו דירה עם נוף לחנייה. בנוסף לא היה בדירה שום סבון לא סבון ידיים / גוף למקלחת, ולא סבון כלים עבור המטבח. אמנם יש מכונת קפה וקומקום בדירה אך לא היה קפה/תה/קפסולות

אני חושב שמקום במחיר כזה יכול להרשות לעצמו לדאוג לאפשרות אוורור טובה לחדר בימים חמים. או להתקין רשתות בחלק מהחלונות או לספק מאוורר בחדר
