The property is centrally located and conveniently situated within a 1 to 6 km radius of the attractions we enjoy. We appreciated the cozy and functional setup of the homestay, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was practical, and the space met our basic needs well.

We found the experience to be generally acceptable, though there were a few issues worth mentioning. The condo we were given was not the one featured on the website, but fortunately, it was still decent and met our basic expectations. One practical improvement would be to install a motion sensor light at the entrance. We arrived in total darkness and had to fumble with the access code and electric card just to get the lights on — not the most welcoming start. All the bath towels provided were discolored and worn — one even had a Pantai Hospital logo on it, which was quite off-putting as it gave the impression of it being second-hand and unhygienic, leaving us uncomfortable and disappointed with the attention to basic guest amenities. Finding our assigned parking lot was quite challenging, as the lot numbers were only painted on the floor and not easily visible while driving. It would be much clearer with overhead signage and markings on the pillars to guide drivers—such as indicating which lot numbers are to the left or right. This small change could make a big difference. Overall, it was a functional stay, but a few small upgrades would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
