If you were arriving late you had to pay a certain amount of money.

"Great apartment, way too much admin checking in."

Good location with great views of table bay the the mountain.

The check in process was a mess. They made us wait for an hour for someone to bring the keys and insisted on lots of personal detail from every guest including passport AND id numbers as well as photos of each guest. I found that a serious invasion of privacy and I am not convinced that my data is safe in their system. The online process could not be completed because the system would not accept our photos despite several attempts. Also I found out after booking that they charge an additional fee if you book in after18:00. To be fair they did apologise and even brought us some wine and snacks but the level of admin involved in checking in and being there pushes it to the bottom of my list for future stays.

"We would have like to have had it serviced daily, even just basic but at R550 per day far too expen"

The dining chairs were in poor condition. One completely unusable. We did report it. The doors to the bedrooms did not close easily and had to be slammed.
