Świetny hotel, który zdecydowanie zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę! Mimo dużej liczby pokoi i gości, na obiekcie panuje cisza i spokój, co pozwala naprawdę odpocząć.

Niestety Pan z recepcji nie stanął na wysokości zadania. Podczas próby wyjaśnienia ważnej kwestii, z powodu bariery językowej konieczne było użycie tłumacza, jednak mimo to odniósł się do nas w mało życzliwy i mało cierpliwy sposób. W miejscu nastawionym na gości z różnych krajów warto zadbać o więcej empatii i profesjonalizmu.”

Die Lage am Fuss des Schlossberg war toll.

Personal war beim Frühstück überfordert. Vieles fehlte O-Saft, Obst Joghurt, Belag war nur kleine Auswahl.
